free coffee, plenty of water, nice lobby snacks
Location is in an unpleasant back street with limited parking!!! No coffee-making facilities in the room, which makes mornings a hassle!!! Bathrooms are dirty with leftover razor blades in the shower!!! Noise levels from traffic and guests inside are bothersome!!!

I stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was gorgeous, with marvellous location near nice local restaurants in the neighbourhood, a supermarket and a Thai boxing stadium and taxi's and a back alley. Exceptionally comfortable and impressive room with dryer and TV, as for instance, and the pool was good...

The hotel's location was unbeatable and excellent, in the quieter area away from the hustling & bustling of Chiang Mai with a supermarket and shops within walking distance. Si Phum district was worth staying in;)))

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I spent four nights in a Beautiful Double Room. Despite initial challenges with noise and a leaky toilet, the staff were responsive to my room change request. The second room offered a much better experience. Pro tip, Ensure that your room is on a higher floor to avoid noise disturbances.

The stay included a highly convenient laundry facility and a cute staff. Enjoying the delicious Manchego ratatouille for breakfast was a highlight. The location was somewhat remote, requiring taxis for access to main attractions. While the accommodations were comfortable, there was some minor noise from adjacent rooms that disrupted relaxation at times.
